Learn how to hula hoop for fitness, dance and fun. A great way to tone up the abs and discover your rhythm within the magical circle of the hoop. The ideal class for absolute beginners focusing on foundational on and off body moves including the waist, hips, chest and hands.This full body workout includes warm-up, conditioning, stance, saves, turns, moving the hoop up and down the body, lassos, weaves, an introduction to hoop dance and warm down. No previous experience required. Hoops provided and will be available to order or purchase on the day. Dress – comfortable.

Our Hooping for Beginners courses are designed for beginner hoopers who have little to no experience. Learn how to hula hoop on the body, off the body and several places in between. As we dive into the hoop tuning into circus foundations and hoop dance applications we spin into a journey of finding our own groove. Whether it be for fitness, fun, dance, performance, inner child therapy or relaxation purposes hooping has something for everyone and is sure to show you parts of yourself that you never knew existed – be prepared to be amazed by your own ability and talent.

Hoop Yoga Flow is an integrated movement form drawn from the Yoga Synergy method and and the soothing, rhythmic motions of hula hooping. Practiced with slow flowing movements, this easy to learn practice invites you to feel fully alive and deeply rested. The class includes gentle spinal flow, balance practice, core training, hooping on the waist and a beautiful relaxation.
Hoop Yoga Flow is a 60 minute workshop that explores the 8 core movements of the spine. By activating the spine from the core, an increase in energy flows through your entire body. Set to a luscious soundscape, this class is a relaxing movement meditation for your body, mind and soul. Suitable for all skill levels.
