Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping preference with either Regular or Express Post options. 

If you have a bulk order or wish to request a custom quote, please contact us.

Fulfillment Times

All items that are in stock will ship within 2 working days.

Items that need to be made will generally ship within 2~3 days, but may take longer depending on the exact product and quantity ordered.

Returns Policy

Below is our Warranty and Returns Policy. Sales via this website are governed by it. If you would like to Return or Exchange an item, please contact us via the contact form.

Warranty

Hoop Empire products are covered by Australian consumer law and have a 12-month warranty from date of purchase. If you find a fault in the product that is not due to wear and tear or normal use, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under this warranty. 

If you would like to make a warranty claim, please use the contact form.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on unused hoops if you decide this is not the hoop for you. Your hoop will need to be unused and unmarked for exchange. We are happy to exchange for any of our other available hoops. 

If you wish to exchange with shipping involved, you will need to pay shipping costs to return the hoop. Alternatively, you can visit us in Frenchs Forest, Sydney. 

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Downloadable Products

Refunds

Refunds are not available if you change your mind.

All hoop specifications, including weight and size, are listed on each of the product pages. Please make your selection carefully.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will then inspect and determine whether we can offer a repair if the hoop is faulty or damaged or an exchange for a new hoop.
