This online Pilates course is designed to develop strength, stability, and flexibility in your body and is suited to all body types and fitness levels.
Your instructor, JuJu, will gently guide you through a series of beginner-level exercises that will leave you feeling strong, connected, and rejuvenated.
Upon signup, you will receive an email with instant access to your own private learning portal where you can stream or download your first class, focusing on your first 20-minute workout with video, audio, and written instructions.
You will also receive a series of bonus videos with a detailed review of each exercise to get the most out of your workout without straining your body.
You will then have access to two more classes, focusing on different parts of the body, to build a full-body conditioning practice. These two classes will both be available from 13th March.
Over three classes, you will focus on 3 different 20-minute workouts, followed by a review.
